Raising the Bar
So today I swam 1400 meters!!! I'm so excited. I tried to write you all from the YMCA directly after this display of athleticism, but the computers were so slow that I almost crashed the entire blog!! Anyways, join me in congratulating myself on a job well done!

way to go jeff. i think you should try out for the remake of bay watch--so long as your victims are within 1400 meters of the beach...
Trust me, they don't want me on Bay Watch. Maybe 15 pounds and a couple of surgeries later.
well, if nothing else you could serve as a human float ;) just kidding, you are gorgeous the way you are.
